Refunds are applicable only when:

The service was not delivered as promised.

The payment was deducted but the service failed to process.

A technical error on our Platform caused duplicate or incorrect charges.

Refunds will not be provided for cases where incorrect details (such as account ID, number, or user information) were submitted by the user.

2. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us at yanavedventurespvtltd@gmail.com with your transaction ID, payment proof, and a description of the issue.
  • All eligible refunds will be verified and processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Transactions

Successfully completed services or products once delivered.

Payments made under special promotions, discounts, or offers.

Service interruptions caused by the user’s internet issues, device malfunction, or other external factors not under our control.

4. Cancellations

Once a service request has been processed, it cannot be cancelled as it is instantly executed.

For subscription-based services, users may cancel future renewals, but refunds will not apply to the current active period.

5. Policy Updates

YANAVED WORLD may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Users will be notified of major changes through our Platform or via email. Continued use of our services after updates will be considered acceptance of the revised policy.
